The Côte-du-Rhône appellation, which translates from French as “slopes of the Rhone”, is the largest in the region. The Côte-du-Rhône is one of the French vineyards made famous not only for the quality of its wines, but also for the size of its vineyards. The Côte du Rhône vineyard stretches for over 200km down the Rhone Valley from the south of Lyon to Camargue.
For connoisseurs of fine wines, we can organise a guided tour of the vineyards and a tasting of the best wines. You will be able to enjoy the beauty of the Côte-du-Rhône and taste delicious wines with a guided tour lasting from 6 to 8 hours. There are several prestigious small districts in the region, such as the Côte Rotie, the Hermitage or the Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Departing from Lyon, you can enjoy an aperitif tasting at Cornas, Maisons Chapoutier and Jaboulet or even at Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Saint-Joseph. You should also make sure to visit the Hermitage Vineyard around the chapel and enjoy panoramic views over the Rhone Valley.
